and operated by fifth generation coffee growers whose ancestors
came from northern Spain, Alimentos de El Salvador produces, processes,
and exports only its own coffee, ensuring absolute quality control,
from the soil up. The coffee farms are nestled on high, volcanic
slopes in the Ataco region in the country’s far west.
