Borbollon
With coffee seeds brought from Colombia,
the Alvarez family started planting coffee on the slopes of the
Santa Ana Volcano in the late 1800s.
Four generations later, El Borbollon continues the family’s
time–honored tradition of growing and milling superior quality
coffee in the Santa Ana and Los Naranjos regions.
