Leticia
The Valdivieso family has been producing quality coffee for more
than 130 years. Their Santa Leticia farm is nestled in the highlands
of Apaneca, where Bourbon and Pacamara varieties flourish under
a dense shade canopy. The farm is also a rich archeological site
where ancient Mayan artifacts, some dating back to 2,600 B.C.,
litter the volcanic soil.
